Main Control Console and Dash Board
You can purchase this part as "raw castings", or "ready to be installed".
The Control Console is made from a two-part casting resin. The "raw casting" of the Control Console may contain some flashing which will need to be cleaned off. It will also require washing before assembly and painting.
The Dash Board is made from Carbon Fiber to keep with the overall appearance of the Big Airwolf fuselage made by Vario it will also work in the Bell 230 made by Vario. The mold is a two-part ram press mold to create a more uniform appearance and thickness.
The Dash Board will require sanding on the edges and will need the top surface lightly sanded and cleaned before painting. The under side of the part should also be sanded along the front to allow a better gluing surface for the Control Console and for painting.
The "ready to be installed" Control Console and Dash Board will be cleaned, sanded, assembled, and will come with two coats of primer. The modeler can then paint the console and dash and attach it to the woodwork in the fuselage.
